Hi Brownsugadiva,

One product I use for bread is LaTortilla Factory Tortillas. They are high fiber and come in different types. I like the Tradition, but the have whole grain, tomato and herb, and other. They have 12 to 13 grams of fiber and only 90 calories. I make wraps out of them. Sometimes I eat them as my toast.

Help!! I just started my diet again and i am trying to watch the amount of carbs and calories i eat... but my problem isn't sweets or rice. My problem is bread (i love sandwiches) and pasta. So do you have any ideas on substitutes or ways to beat those cravings and temptations??
