I decided I was going to quit Keto WOE, and go back to low fat and counting calories, so Yesterday I went shopping, and bought fruit and vegies , instant oatmeal , and yogurt no sugar lowfat yatta yatta yatta,, and I ate a cheeseburger, with bun , at lunch, then for dinner I had the instant oatmeal, a kiwi, and yogurt. then when I couldn't sleep last night (from the sugar, in the bun and kiwi) I ended up binging on my husbands potato bread and butter. 4 pieces of bread and a lot of butter. I believe it was the sugar in the food I ate during the day that caused such a bad binge plus the not being able to sleep.
this morning Sick Sick Sick ,, bad bout of stomach issues, one being on the toilet half the morning. SO ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I believe my body is telling me NO you cant do low fat ,, and carbs , you just cant. can't can't ,,,, So I have to revamp my whole thought process and come up with some non boring foods I can cook in the mornings for the rest of the day. im so sick of meat and one veg, or being restricted to only certain vegies, but my body just rejects high carb sugary foods, yeah I know the bun and the 4 slices of bread didn't help my situation any but,
I guess I just need to find some motivation to get going today,,, its just not been a good morning ..
