Most Hershey candy is gluten free, if you buy the bags that have the minis candies in them, those are not gluten free, i am not sure why, but i know regular rolos are gluten free but the mini bag of rolos is not gluten free. i looked into different candies that were gluten free.
if you chew gum, be very careful, a lot of gums with full sugar and sugar free have some form of gluten in them. i did find a gluten free gum that i liked at whole foods, my bf hated it, but i didn't think it was that bad.

emoticon It's wonderful that they have candies that are gluten free, however remember that we want to drop the weight. Too much of a good thing, is not always good for you. Enjoy as a treat, but not daily.

Lord, bless my diet buddies and help me met my weight goals

I just saw Hershey bars say Gluten Free on the package now. I tried one and had no issue, I just try to limit it to 1/4 of bar.

Consult a list of gluten free candies. There are many chocolate items...frosting, candy bars, quaker rice cakes. Now, I did not say these things were healthy, but for an occasional treat. The rice cakes are lower in calorie than other things...unless you spread with peanut butter or frosting. Chocolate skim milk n fix the chocolate craving, or cocoa pebbles or chocolate chex.

If this was your last day, how would you spend it?

I got the Dove Dark Chocolate with Sea Salt Caramel. They are great. Ate one bag and part of another but not all at once. But I'm going to wait until 100% better because the salt in the caramel hurts my tongue.

I had to buy the Ukrainian chocolate bars at the foreign store in Albuquerque. So we moved to Virginia and now I am buying Enjoy Life at Whole Foods Market. I have to be soy and corn free too.

I keep Dove Dark Chocolate Promises on hand. 5 candies are a serving but I can spread those over the whole day! They also have milk chocolate if you prefer. If you can't find them in stores, try shopping online with Amazon or Vitacost.

What can I get that is gluten free and has chocolate in it in a snack and is already made in a store? I went gluten free on March 11, 2014, because I was showing symptoms of a gluten problem. I don't want to give up chocolate all together. I live an hour west of Peoria so I may not have the stores that you have. Anything can help. Thanks!
