Mine turned out to be that I needed to clear my cache (delete my browser history). I wonder if it had something to do with the new dashboard (which I am not used to yet), but at any rate, it is now fixed. Finally. Thanks all!

Your issue may be due to your choice of browser. FB recommends that you view their website with Google's Chrome browser. Mozilla's appears to have lots of issues. I have not used Explorer in many years so I can't speak about it but I have used Chrome for a couple of years and have never had any issue viewing FB's site.

Response from Fitbit beta test said I can change my settings on my Fitbit Profile page. Went there and found there is an error message where all those things (minutes, distance, calories burned) are supposed to be logged (error loading file). So problem appears to be on Fitbit's end.

I'm having trouble with the SparkPeople sync. The steps sync, but the minutes, distance, and calories burned (wrong as they are) all read zero. The only thing I did different was switch to the beta version of the dashboard yesterday (after a normal sync). I switched back today, but I still can't get a full sync. Reported it to Fitbit, FWIW.

I was able to get a little further on Internet Explorer than on Mozilla Firefox, but am still unable to log in. The curious thing is that it is still synching to SparkPeople, EarndIt, and EveryMove. I contacted support since I seem to be the only one having this trouble at this time.
