Does it count if I'm ticked off because I lost weight but not as much as I wanted?

Down 6.9lbs since 2/14. Has been probably 5 years since I weighed this little, and still I'm ticked because with all the effort I've been putting forth, I still only lost this much over nearly 3 weeks. Yeah, I know it's stupid but I was hoping for so much more gone......

I think I get the Slowest Loser Award this time: 1 pound since 2/8. I'm working my program beautifully so I'm hoping for a good surprise 2 weeks from now when I weigh in again.

I lost 6.6lbs this week but most of it is from being sick for most of the week
still sick this week lets see what happens

I was 158.4 yesterday pre-Superbowl party.
today I am 161.6 and I thought I did really well on the food for the most part. I'll have that back off in no time and onward downward. kim

Basically held on to my losses through the Holiday Season (Nov ~Dec.) and into January. It has been a 2.5 month plateau. Now, I've began to creep down again.

Doing it all right, but there is something not right when I workout every day and am in my calorie range- eating healthy....
Decided I need to rule out anything medical that can hinder weight loss. Lots of blood tests to do in the morning........

I only gave myself a 10 pound goal...The thinking being...That's small I've lost 10 pounds hundreds of times before....When I've lost this 10 pounds I can focus on the next.

talk about slowest loser! last week I lost .8lbs and this week it was .6lbs...can I even count anything under a pound? lol I keep repeating to myself at least the scale is going down and I will not let this frustrate me emoticon
