The Last Three Months -- First of all, I have lost weight! emoticon . Probably more importantly, I have found some new goals that are focused on becoming a stronger and healthier person. emoticon . I think it's important to keep growing and I know that Spark People is the perfect place to do that. It's important in life to continue to learn, so I wouldn't dream of leaving this site. Here's to the next 3 months. emoticon

Well, I haven't lost the amount I had hoped but I am happy that I am losing slowly. Joining SparkPeople has helped me lose the 5 pounds I have. I wanted to start losing but wasn't doing anything about it. That ended when I joined this challenge so I am so grateful to have joined that week that put me in with such a good group of people. I wouldn't have lost without you all.

The site has helped me change a lot of things-not just weight loss!

Over the last 3 months I've:
*Lost weight.

*Tracked my food intake and learned how to incorporate more nutrients I need into my diet, and have taken steps to stop binge eating.

*Found my hidden athlete. I always knew I was competitive but I always put all my efforts into video games LOL, I love working out now and everyday I push myself to work a little harder (I also have an awesome workout playlist on my mp3 player, believe me, me dancing to The Beach Boys is a hilarious sight LOL)

*Become more organized. Post-it-notes are my best friend, I make to-do lists every evening or morning-whichever works for me at the moment. I use the journal that SP so kindly offers on this site, everyday. I keep track of all my goals and challenges.

I do plan on continuing with the site, even after I reach my goal-I'll still be here LOL SP isn't just about weight loss, it's about reaching goals!

February 28 - March 4 is your three months of being with SparkPeople!

Share your thoughts over the past three months - do you feel the site has helped in your weight loss journey? What have you achieved over the past three months? Do you plan on continuing with the site?

Celebrate you! Maybe the results have not been as big as you'd like or maybe you surprised yourself and did more than you expected. Be proud that you made the steps and have made changes!
