I have 2 cups of coffee first thing in the morning. After that I switch to hot water with lemon slices and drink 8 cups of that throughout the day without even noticing. At night I have 2 cups of herbal tea before bed. The first few days meant that I was getting up during the night to go to the bathroom, but that seems to have stopped.
