10/14- 345- VERY disappointing, yesterday was the first time I reached 10,000 steps in one day! I'm still very proud of myself for that fitness feat. and I made an appt. to talk to my OBGYN about hormones...but this is an eye opener about my diet and what needs to change

My DD's scale is so out of whack with my scale that I'm not going to bother to weigh in until I get home, Oct. 8th. I realized this morning that I forgot to even check my email yesterday, so it's kind of hectic around here. Too much to do.
