Even with a foot injury I did some light zumba and some house work today!!

Now my daughter is laughing at me because I am making breakfast ahead of time for tomorrow and making protein pancakes ... She thinks my food lately is wild and wierd but she has no trouble eatting it heheheheh

I did get in 30 minute fitness video from Sparks, walked 2 miles, walked 260 stairs and did 120 pushups. I am fortunate that I can do a lot of exercising at work. Have a great weekend.

Getting up to walk with a friend this morning! I've been writing so much lately that I've done very little exercise, so my body is aching with the need to MOVE. Going to give it what it wants today. :)

I have done my weekly Zumba!!! And passed my workout burn calories on my sparks!!! Yeah I know Im hitting this head on and hard. Then loaded the van up with the business things so hubby can do the out of town show. That in this heat burned more calories by sweating!

I remembered to take my meds CORRECTLY and on TIME this morning. Two mornings in a row I didn't take them until late morning and it made a big difference. Determined to get back on track with that. I always take them, just not always within an hour of getting up, like I am supposed to. No more of that nonsense!

I also made time to get in my stretching this morning, despite having early morning doctor appointment. It made a big difference, too!

I managed to get in a lot of walking and 150 pushups throughout the course of the day! emoticon Oh yea and drank lots of water!

I sent my kids to school with the threat going on. Not sure if it was completely right. But I will not let this person(s) win me over. Gave them extra kisses and hugs. Had a fight with the oldest before he left. But he knows I love him.

Gonna go work out now and get some of this stress off.

Went to Zumba class and WoW I feel great!!!! And then came home and had some tilpia and a protein shake!!! Yeah I should have had a veggie but didnt have any fresh to steam up.

Tonight I went to a confirmation with my twin nieces so afterwards we went to eat at a Mexican dinner. I ended up going 25 calories over my daily intake, but it is better than 1200 emoticon / but I am off to work and will walk extra and fit in a couple of chair workout videos from Sparks, hopefully that should offset the extra 25! I saw this saying at my job that says 'Don't wish for it, Work for it!' I really love that and it is a good reminder every day at work! 'Have a great night.

I did 24 minutes stationary bike, 2 minutes warm up, 20 cycling and 2 minutes cool down. I am going to TRY to do it 4 days a week. But it felt good to sweat today emoticon emoticon

I did the Aqua class this morning! And going to get ready to do some organizing of the pantry and front closet!!!

I did not do to bad as I thought this weekend,. Yep pigged out but... I weighted myself this morning and my scale says I lost another pound over the weekend!!! 3 pounds this past week Woohooo :)

Love this thread idea, Leslie!

Today I made a healthy lunch to take to work (instead of eating out) and I'm eating sugar free oatmeal for breakfast. I also got groceries on Saturday so I have several healthy dinners planned for this week. I set myself up to succeed!

Thanks, I am looking forward to being here! Today was one of family, fellowship and food. I went over on some of my calorie count, but will work extra to hard to cut back for my total weekly count. And do some extra exercising! But it was my birthday and Easter, so...

Good topic, Leslie! We are always slow near holidays, and we will pick up as leadership (including me!) becomes more active on here.

Spark Related:
1. Drank 9 glasses of water (so far)
2. Tracked my food
3. Did some easy yoga moves with my grandson

Not Spark related
1. Finally took down a painting in the dining room I have hated for years and got something awesome to put in its place (and it was GIVEN to me which makes it double awesome)
2. Put together a play yard in the living room so almost 7 month old granddaughter can crawl around safely now that she is so mobile (now I can go to the potty without strapping her into the high chair first!)
3. Wrote 8 paragraphs in the rough draft of the book about this journey I am on.

Ok I notice we are not as active as we used to be!! Either that or it has been a slllooowww week. So lets start something!

What is something you did RIGHT by you today?

I did several things!!
1. Came back to Sparks
2. Started to track what I take in
3. Went to the gym 3 times this week and did my 45 min work out classes

Not Spark related
1. Took my cat to get fixed
2. Saved almost 80 dollars in coupons when shopping for food *never did that before*
