I made myself 2 meatless subs today. Each sub is 190 calories. Then, I sauteed fresh mushrooms and some green bell pepper, which I placed on the subs with some shredded mozzarella. The total for all was 555 calories. My limit is 500 for dinner. So, over by 55 is not too bad.
