Very nice weather to walk in this morning and I am feeling terrific for this Tuesday. With Chrisette Michele's Epiphany blasting in my Zune, I walked another 2.2 miles...14min/mile workout for 36minutes. This afternoon I did a 30min upperbody/waist/ab workout using a few of the exercises from Squeeze Stronger and Slim Series. Let's just said that I choreographed my own...LOL!

Today, I walked 2.2miles/30mins which amounted to a 14min/mile or a 4.2mph walking pace. I was walking to the pace of some music on my Zune this morning...WOW-ZEE..LOL!

I awoke feeling MARVELOUS and still feeling it!

I didn't workout yesterday....reason unknown...just didn't feel like it or get to it but I more than made up for it today as planned...lol.

Today's workout was Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk DVD(63mins aerobics), plus, a 5 min cool down. This workout had my eyelids sweating today...lol.

I KICKED the exercise demons BUTT this morning by doing a 2.2mile walk outdoors (40mins), Slim & 6Pack for a 10min ABs, and Slim & Limber for a 14min stretch routine. I had company during my walk...the master of the house decided to join and walked 1.5miles.

I enjoyed the walk outdoors so immensely while listening to Intimate Worship in my ears.

Today is absolutely beautiful outdoors....50s and sunshine! So...I decided to do my exercise outdoors to take advantage of great weather.

I walked for about 38-40mins....2.2 miles around our neighborhood with Chrisette Michele's newest CD playing in my ears. The air felt and smelled soooo fresh, too. A very nice way to end my workout week.

Decided to do the Upperbody/Waist Mix of Squeeze Stronger by Tracey Effinger and that woman wants to HURT somebody! After this mix I did Slim&6Pack for my ABs. An excellent workout today.

Combined this was 40mins.
