Only on the second day of the challenge. Due to back problems had to modify most of the exercises. Full body bridge I could only do a pelvic bridge, modified Planks only did 5 and could only hold them about 5 seconds. I felt good doing what I could do and know as I get stronger will be able to do more. I need to get in my exercise in small spurts and it is working.

I know what your mean. I did the walk away the pounds with out the DVD or the VHS but at least I did it and my body is not use to it yet so I did it at my own pace and still my body is hurting and I have to do another one this afternoon.

Finished week 1 today. emoticon I must be doing something right, because I have had a few days of sore muscles after the workouts. Good thing with this workout is that the muscles have time to rest and recover before being worked again!
