Hi everyone,
I just joined this group tonight. Would love to have support with my fibro and losing weight. I get so discouraged when the fatigue hits me. I seem to think if I just keep eating I will get some energy. I also know that it would probably be better if I would exercise, but actually doing it when I hurt and just pushing through it is difficult. Definitely need to work through the pain and just do it.

Hi everyone. I'm fairly new. I signed up ages ago...but then as usual got discouraged and am now just getting back on track again. I'm 30 and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since I was 18. Same story here....vicious cycle of wanting to lose weight, but overdoing the exercise because I don't see results...and then having pain..not being able to work out....getting discouraged....on top of dealing with the whole food side of know the drill. Glad to hear from people who are going through the same thing.

I am happy that you joined our group, for me, I am resonably new to this group as well and I am trying to get more action going. I am over 35 but I have a lot of experience with fibro and CFS. It is a constant battle for me and exercise is one of the things that I am constantly having to push for. I know it makes me feel better when I am able to, but I always have to remember not to overdo.

I've noticed that there isn't much action in this group but I decided to join anyway because it fit me. I am 31 and I was diagnosed with Fibro after I figured it out for myself and a doctor confirmed. I've read a lot of posts and I just wanted to give a shout out to those of you who are suffering and in pain- keep up the good work!! You joined a healthy living website, so you're doing something right :)

So, "hi". :) I'm Rhiannon.
Take care.
