Today I did 70 minutes of aerobics, followed by the Day 5 of the SP Bootcamp Workout Challenge (strengthening & toning) This afternoon I went for a 2 mile walk.

This morning I did aerobics, followed by the SparkPeople 10 Minute Jump Rope workout, then strength training. After taking my son to the doctor (a long scary story), I went to clean Mom's apartment.

Yesterday I did a belly dance video at 5am, played with my sister, swept and mopped the whole house, and ballroom danced with my boyfriend.

This morning I had a 3 mile run, then enjoyed a nice 1 1/4 mile with my 4 year old granddaughter to Bible study and back. It's such a beautiful day!!

I had a great day it was a beautiful sunny day so I got in some walking outside while running errands made sure I parked in far spots and walked. Wish we were in for more days like today. Also did a 3 mile WATP dvd this morning.

AM- my desk side leg strength workout consisting of squats, seated leg extensions, lunges, hip flexors, and calf raises. I park a mile from my car and jog to the door. I also walked from Ford Credit to World HQ.

Yes, I LOVE them. They go by so fast. I have quite a few of them and I love to mix and match them. Some people think they are weak but once you do them you see they really work you out.

Yesterday I did a total of 252 minutes of aerobics, dancing, cleaning, circuit training (working arms), and a yoga circuit for a total calories burned of 1487 for Monday. I hope to be able to run someday. I'm starting the 'couch to 5k' running program soon. I will be running at Ford Woods Park on Greenfield and Ford Road in Dearborn. Yes it's cold but I'm on fire!!!!

Yesterday I did Coach Nicole's 10 Minute Jump Rope Cardio video and repeated it twice to get 30 minutes. It's a fun and challenging workout. I followed that up with strength training and 30 minutes of aerobics.

Yesterday I got my hubby to go walk at Hines with me. We walked 5 miles, it's going to take me time to get him built up to go the full 10 with me! lol
Then in the evening we walked another 2 1/2. Not bad considering the rain we had
