Today was 3 hour deep muscle massage, one mile walk, and 30 minute dance routine. Yesterday was 2 mile walk and dancing.

ok guys! sorry for the prolong but i just get used to going everything "self-help" by myself! but this is good for me, feedback and accountability. i added the sparkpeople generated strength training to my workouts at the beginning of this month, i workout to my fit firm fired up workouts every evening and now i just purchased an exercise bike. i cycle for about 25 minutes twice a day and i still do my leslie sansone 4 miles a day. so total i get nearly 3 hours of cardio and nearly an hour of strength a day!!! hooray for me!! i am so proud of my consistency and dedication. i am positively melting guys! emoticon
