I thought this was interesting. In Tosca Reno's book, "The Eat Clean Diet for Family and Kids", she issued everyone a challenge. She says, "Next time you go to the grocrey store make a point of trying to purchase foods containing only one ingredient. To do this effectively, you will have to read the ingredient labels..." She says look for as few ingredients as possible. One is best, but you can find clean foods with two or three ingredients.
She was compliling a list at one time, but not sure if she still is. I tried to find it on her web site.. But I thought it would be fun for us to try to think of a list of foods with one ingredient!

Here's a few to start:
Whole Grain Quaker Oats
Unprocessed Wheat Bran
