I usually gain about 3-4 lbs when I ovulate because of bloating, but then it's gone within two days (I weigh in everyday, since I use my Wii fit as part of my workout). I usually gain the 3-4 again a day or two before AF, and it's gone by the time AF is.

It's a bit discouraging, seeing all the ups and downs on the graph on the Wii fit, but as long as I see that it consistently goes back down, and even lower than before, it's all good.

I normally gain 2-3 pounds during my TOM. I really watch my sodium intake, I keep up with my cardio but I don't lift as heavy of weights. If I skip my workouts during this time I tend to feel worse.

skipping weigh in during that time seems smart to me. I gain 5-7 lbs and I don't feel like working out, even though I know it will make me feel better.

My gain is usually between 4-6 lbs. But just as some of the other Donies have mentioned, it's water and and I usually find that I've lost when it's all said and done!

I usually gain 2-3 pounds, but I try to be careful about my sodium intake during this time to help with all the bloating. Like a previous person mentioned, I'm finding that exercising during my period helps a lot with cramps.

I gain anywhere from 2 - 4 pounds but for me it's the ebst time to exercise. My cramps aren't as bad and when you weigh in the following week there is usually a noticable difference!

Anywhere between 6-10 pounds. It's frustrating, but I'm always relieved after it's over because the weight doesn't stick around long. :)

when it comes down to it, i let them think what they want, if they care enough to bother with what i do, then i'm already better than them.

I also gain about 3-4 lbs. of water weight every month for TOM. During the week before is normally when I see the gain, and by the end of the week of the weight is gone. Don't stress, it's just water :)

I gain between 3-4lbs of water. I also read that you tend to burn more calories during that time too. It is water and I just do not worry about it. By the time I weight myself monthly it still shows I have lost weight over all! emoticon

I haven't seen a weight gain but have stayed the same. I also have only gotten it once since starting this journey so we would have to wait and see.

However, I have heard that ladies gain anywhere up to 5 lbs.

You don't have to live to eat, you have to eat to live.

1st Goal:
Hit 194 lbs

2nd Goal:
Hit 138 lbs

Total Weight Loss of 112 lbs
