Oh well, my out of town trip did me in. Something about driving for 12 hours in a car makes me eat and eat junk food. I figured it would be a bad week for me. I am up 6/10ths form last week and won't make my goal of 150 for this challenge :( It gets harder as I get closer to my ultimate goal of 145. I have been exercising and watching what I eat (except while in car). I'll try harder this week, and for the next challenge! Happy Easter everyone (or Passover...)!

I can't believe I'm writing this and I got on and off the scale twice to check but I lost 5 lbs this last week :) CW is 170.8 :) I'm ecstatic!!!! Have a great rest of the week ladies I'm off to work on next week's weigh in :)(meaning workout)

Hey Georgie,

On the show the two lowest % losers drop below the yellow line. Then the team votes on who will have to leave the show.

I'm just using the yellow line as another motivator~no one gets voted off here.

I'm up .8lbs this week to 175.8 :( I'm ok with it. I shouldn't have tried to fix what wasn't broken. Last week I tried doing more weights and less cardio and I'm not going to repeat that since I need to be burning more calories :) I didn't eat anymore than last week so I'm thinking that was it.. but I'll go back to my calorie counting as well. I'll work out more since I have a 4 day weekend coming up, and since I know I'll probably eat out tonight so I can't wait for weighin next week. Happy st patrick's day everyone!
