I guess I should have been holding myself accountable more by posting on here more often. I did not do well during the holidays, and I haven't really done much since then either.

But today is a new day, and I'm starting fresh. Today my weight is 207.4. By the end of the month I'd love to see 202!

Today I weigh 124.74lbs. My goal is to be 123lbs next Friday. My overall goal is to stay between 110-115lbs. At my height, that 10 lbs puts me in the overweight BMI. I am starting the trim advantage program that worked so well for me 5 years ago and eating is a much bigger problem for me than being active although I like to blame the weather. I will be committed! I'm going to do this!!
