I agree! I don't like flavored water and it doesn't seem like water then....lol.

Cold or iced water, not too picky. NO to the flavored water. It's not water if it flavored. ;-)

HI Lemon,

Those are great goals!!

Do you prefer ice water, plain cold water or flavored? My preference is ice water :) Thank goodness we have an ice machine at work!

To drink my 8 glasses of water a day, journal my food and journal my workouts.

To post a blog at least once a week.

To exercise at least 30 minutes each and every day.

My goal for October is to stick to the menus that I make.

I spend the time to make 2 wk menus & their prospective shopping lists and then only make half of them.

Also - walk every night. This is my favorite time of year because the heat is gone and I enjoy being outdoors a whole lot more.

What are your goals?

I suggest just running 3-4 times a week and build up to the 7 miles. What ever you do make it fun. It is the only way to keep going. I run very slow some days because that is how I feel. Slow and enjoying the outside is better then not at all.

If you are doing bloomsday for speed in the spring come join us for speed work at SFCC they announce it with the BBRC in the early spring.

I am going to run my first marathon. Spokane Marathon October 9th. 26.2 miles, I thought bloomsday was a long distance two years ago.

Time to dust off those exercise machines, try that healthy recipe you have been wanting too and don't buy the junk food.

What are your goals for October?
