Yay, MARCHEM, for two goals solidly met and progress on the third.
LORENVER, not envying you the poison ivy! Did you just rip it out with heavy gloves? Yikes! Yay for step goal even with a major standing-still-workout in there.

Well, close but not quite on each of my goals this month. emoticon

emoticon a quarter of a million steps by the end of the month
214,316 done, and my most consistent week was right after I set the goal, but then I let my weekends get lazy again.

emoticon pack a lunch and an afternoon snack every work day
Hm. Packed a lunch OR an afternoon snack all but one day. My lunches when I bought them at school were good: tuna melt one day, but roast veggie sandwiches or big salads the other days. And lots of apples - yum.

emoticon cold turkey no online games for September
I held it together until the impeachment inquiry news, and then I fell back into mindless computer while listening to NPR. For October, I'm going to deliberately do my strength training while listening to the news.

For my September check in:

800 minutes of exercise for the month--I have 850 minutes at this point, so emoticon

track food and stay within ranges--still not consistently tracking, but I'm eating less and eating healthier, so while the goal isn't met, I'm doing better

take time for myself daily (reading, cross stitch, etc.)--been good about this and it's helped my sanity, emoticon

Looking forward to October!

The month is almost over so I thought I'd check in.

1. Keep up my jogging training
This was good until the last two weeks. I thoughtfully gave it up to tear my back yard apart by hand. It was overtaken by English Ivy and poison ivy. Not fun, but a good workout, and we should be able to seed by the end of the week.

2. Get in my 10,000 steps daily

Yes! Even with the yard work.

3. Eat when hungry, stop when full. Beat my 75% from last month.

I did pretty good here, some days fabulously. Maybe 76% :)
