Technically this isn't a slip up but I am going to vent...Ok here goes on days I worry about my calories and sodium I miss my calories not by much but I miss them, but if I only worry about my calories then my sodium is over the 2400 mark. Any ideas?

I'm trying to get better at meal planning. I do well in the mornings, but by evening I usually mess up again. I don't know how to say no when someone asks me to go to lunch or hubby wants fast food for dinner.

You know what you need to do and you can definitely do it emoticon . Do you meal plan? Do you have the Spark People app? I love that I can track on my phone. Cheese always surprises me with the amount of calories it has in just an ounce so I try (and often fail) to be careful with how much of it I eat. I am getting better at not having it with burgers and sandwiches or as a topping/extra on things.

I've gone over my calorie range three times this week and I really really want to get that under control.

Yesterday I hit my calories and was under by 20 calories, that's about as close as I've gotten, however I'm tracking my sodium, and it was still a bit too high.

Over ate yesterday. I think I ate too much for dinner and my snacks didn't help. The snacks were moderately healthy but they put me over and then dinner, I think I would have been satisfied with just eating half of the amount I had. Ah well a new day :D.

Lately I have been emotional eating as well. I am up 6 pounds that I had lost previously and I am really not happy about it. I need to stop letting my emotions control what I put in my mouth and really focus more on what I eat/bring with me to work daily.

I have issues with emotional eating and lately its just one thing after another. I know I've gone over my calories so I just and unmotivated to log them, and I need to get back on my path...but I'm jut so unmotivated.

I haven't been doing too bad but I love sweets and have been eating on the high end of my calories and not exercising enough.

I know Aunt Flo brings bad cravings and more appetite for me, but I find if I drink more water in morning and eat a bit more fiber, I can curb those extra cravings.

What is with the "I'm starving today" feeling? I've eaten breakfast like normal, exercised, drank water, etc etc etc. I still feel like I'm about to eat everything in sight! I even had a small tootsie roll (1 midget) to see if it would kick the feeling. I'm not bored at work today, I've got plenty to do. I"ve got my music on and up.

I've eaten 8oz of whole milk, 1 whole wheat tortilla, 1 tbs peanut butter, 1 oz peanuts, already drank 8 cups of water, one midget tootsie roll. It's almost lunchtime and I have 1 c spaghetti noodles and .25 sauce for lunch.

I did the 20 min Dumbbell Video this morning and 30 stability ball crunches.

The only thing I can figure is that I am getting close to the visit of Aunt Flo, so maybe?


What the heck gives!?!?!?!? I want it to stop! emoticon

be careful with taking too many in a day of pills/medicine containing acetaminophen. It is really hard on the liver and kidneys. I hope you feel better soon

I didn't do my scheduled cardio routine this morning. I woke up with a headache and knew that if I attempted it, I would start to feel nauseous plus I would start running out of time and then rushing and I just didn't need the stress. If I get a chance I can do it after work tonight but I've popped so many painkillers so far today and this headache is still here. I think I might just have to crash when I get home!

emoticon I have had a bad weekend and need to get my rear in gear!! It is TUESDAY already!!! EXERCISE, Duh!!! Yeah I am yelling at myself and if anyone wants to give me a virtual "Gibb's Slap" (NCIS thing) Please do!!! emoticon you can hit me while I am drinking water!!! emoticon

Just thought I'd put up a thread where the ladies can vent about what they wanted to do today but didn't.

For me, I wanted to avoid that silly blueberry muffin this morning, but it didn't happen, I ate one, so now I need to watch what I eat at lunch! Grrrrr
