5 points previous, and another 2 for posting here and in general discussion brings me up to 7. I'm not going to make 45. Heck, at this rate, half that is far out of reach.

Although....hey, is it legal to claim a point for posting breakfast when not posting breakfast is technically accurate because, what with staying up super late at night and waking up correspondingly late recently, I haven't actually had breakfast any day this week? No? Well, I had to ask.

Tuesday...well, need a ruling, does Tuesday include Wednesday after midnight but before falling asleep? Because if it does, I'll claim points for posting to general discussion, and posting here, and then I'll do it again after I wake up. Because other than that, I'm bereft of any Tuesday scoring.

Good start CMW .. You can just post your meals to your nutrition tracker :) as long as you post two of your meals a day you get 2 points. One meal 1 point.

One week INDIVIDUAL challenge Dec 17 - 23

Typically this is the time of year we neglect ourselves. Letís banish the Grinch! Put those pedometers on and count the paces you earn running around shopping for last minute presents.

Your earn points by: (Max 10 points a day)
1 point (max 1/day) = Post at least 1 post per day to the General Discussion forum
