Why is losing weight important to me?

1. I want to preserve my new knees from too much weight.

2. I want to lower my blood sugar to lessen damage to my kidneys

3. I want to get off some of the meds.

Why is losing weight important to me?

1. Losing weight will lessen the pressure on my knees and back. Hearing myself go Snap! Crackle! Pop! is not something I would have associated with Rice Krispies.

2. I had a total hysterectomy due to cancer. Being sedentary did me no favors.

3. I'll have more energy and can climb stairs without being short of breath.

I WANT TO LOVE my LIFE and ENJOY LIVING IT!!!
I want to live a LONG HAPPY LIFE!!!

1.Because of PAIN!! My weight has kept me from enjoying my life. I can't walk in the park with my family or my sweet dog.

2. I am uncomfortable especially in summer. I am SO HOT, I don't like to go outside.

3. I know that the stronger we are the longer we will live and the faster we will heal and be released from the hospital, should we ever be there.

2019 GOALS:
1. Do a Minimum of 10 minutes of Fitness Exercise DAILY and Check-In with 4 Peas in a Pod DAILY!!
2. Continues Healthy eating Habits, this includes eating 5 Fresh Fruits and Vegetables DAILY.
3. Drink 8 glasses of Water Daily
4. Continue Strength Training
5. Lose 31 pounds

1. I was so embarrassed when I couldn't buckle up the seat belt on Alaskan Airlines (didn't have that problem on Spirit)

2. tried of always being out of breath.

3. Always in pain. (but that has been getting better since I've lost the 50lbs and my core is getting stronger) I have an apple figure and it puts a strain on my lower back & hips.

1. Track all of my food to stay under 1800 calories
2. Minimum 10 min daily fitness & 90 min weekly
3. Positive self-talk daily
4. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
6. Develop a plan for eating out at restaurants.
7. Plan & follow menu

1. I am short of breath with only minimal exercise... I want to change that.
2. I look fat and have a granddaughter's wedding the end of May
3. My blood pressure is out of control, need to get it down
