2. Continues Healthy eating Habits, this includes eating 5 Fresh Fruits and Vegetables DAILY.
3. Drink 8 glasses of Water Daily
4. Continue Strength Training
5. Lose 31 pounds

I have been scattered in posting for this Challenge. Today, my goal is to make this ONE POST with all of my accomplishments for this Challenge. So, here we go:

The article discusses the concepts of "Stealth Health" getting more exercise by adding small changes throughout your day. Relates to SPARK Small Steps and 10 minutes. See my post in the Chat Thread where I discuss impact and benefit. = 20 emoticon
