My challenge is exercise. Once I get started, I do
ok, but I have a really hard time getting started. I
am going to do 5-10 min M-Sa. I will check in
daily I hope.

Lying hamstring curl 10
Barbell Side bends 10 (3lb.)
Bicep curls 10 (3lb.)
Shrugs with barbell 10 (3lb.)
