1. Track all of my food to stay under 1800 calories
2. Minimum 10 min daily fitness & 90 min weekly
3. Positive self-talk daily
4. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
6. Develop a plan for eating out at restaurants.
7. Plan & follow menu

I desperately need some summer pants that fit me. The only summer pants I have are really BIG sweat pants. They are SO BIG, I am embarrassed to wear them. When I look in a window and see myself walking down the street, I feel like a clown. emoticon

This is a wonderful dare for me. I would love to go shopping and be able to buy and nice fitting
pair of pants. emoticon

I think I would like to buy a pretty suit, maybe two.

I want one with the pants and the skirt.

I'm remembering when I use to be small enough that I could walk into a store and find a really cute outfit! It was so easy to find clothes back then! I plan to get there again!
