emoticon to All of the LoL Team Challengers as we move into week 3 and the water Challenge. I feel your share, ANNETTECAN, drinking water is is one of the things I do daily without effort. Although, when I saw my doctor on Wednesday, when I told him I was drinking 32 ounces of water daily, emoticon he suggested that I drink 64 ounces of water a day.

So, I know this Challenge will help me hit my mark of 64 oz daily. Great week to up the ante. The best tool I have currently is my water bottle is a 32 ounce bottle. So, it makes it easy to track my fluids and know when I have completed my daily intake. It is just 2 bottles.

Today I read the first article; "Water is a Secret Ingredient." I like reading about the importance of water, and today's article made an impact on me about how important it is to drink enough water to keep our bodies hydrated, so that our internal organs can function properly. When we are properly hydrated our bodies will release water instead of holding onto it. If we retain water it will increase our weight. So, as I drink my water I visualize it moving through my body easily and see myself losing weight. emoticon emoticon

I am going to start a post in this week's Challenge Thread to track my points for this week. I hope that is OK.

TO our Team Let's emoticon drinking our water this week and losing our weight. emoticon
