2. Minimum 10 min daily fitness & 90 min weekly
3. Positive self-talk daily
4. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
6. Develop a plan for eating out at restaurants.
7. Plan & follow menu

I am so frustrated, I can't remember NOR can I find where I did my post yesterday. It was a post about reading the water article "Water is a Secret Ingredient to Weight Loss". I made some brief comments about the article and the suggestion to drink plenty of water to insure that our bodies are properly hydrated which allows our internal organs to function properly without damage to them. When we are properly hydrated our bodies will release water because they do not fear that we will become dehydrated. When we release water, we CAN LOSE WEIGHT. Well, I am happy to say, I drank 64 ounces of water yesterday and I lost 2 pounds overnight. emoticon

It probably goes without saying I am pushing for those 64 ounces of water again today. emoticon emoticon

WATER DOES A BODY GOOD!

THIS WEEK WE WILL BE CONCENTRATING ON DRINKING WATER! We need water!! To Lose weight!! I want you to develop a healthy water intake and continue drinking it throughout this challenge. But we are only going to monitor it this week.
