My stress free spot is the Mani-pedi place
I close my eyes, turn the massager on,
enjoy the lotion being rubbed into my
hands and feet.

2nd place is at night after dh gets to sleeping
good, so I can turn the TV off, the fan on, lights
out and play solitaire on my tablet.

I love your stress free place. I love being in the woods. I love being on the river. I love being in the woods or by the river listening to a big waterfall. I love the sound they make. The prefect place all 3 of our spots in one spot. emoticon

1. Track all of my food to stay under 1800 calories
2. Minimum 10 min daily fitness & 90 min weekly
3. Positive self-talk daily
4. Eat at least 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily
6. Develop a plan for eating out at restaurants.
7. Plan & follow menu

WHY is losing weight important to me?
Can you list 3 reasons? During the week I would like you to re-read your answer every time you feel your motivation running low.

1. Losing weight is important to me because I want to be able to walk up the stairs without huffing and puffing

2. Losing weight is important to me because I want to be able to wear nice clothes again.

3. Losing weight is important to me because I think it might lead to less pain in my knees.

STRESS FREE PLACE:
My stress-free place is down some tower steps out into the woods which has a calm sunshiny meadow in the center.

If today you get feeling stress or discouraged take a moment for yourself and close yours eyes and visualize your favorite place- whether it's sitting next to a waterfall & listing to sound of it and feeling the midst from the water and cool breeze or sitting in your bedroom. Wherever that spot is stop and feel how relax you feel- let all of your senses enjoy it-- Now take the feeling with you for the day and every time you feel uptight remember this feeling!!

HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!! Remember if you are tired of starting over then quit giving up!!

Why is losing weight important to me?

I like to be able to walk! I had gotten to a point where within a minute or 2 after standing my lower back and left hip hurt!! I have an apple figure so I think my belly caused the pain. and a weak core.

I can do more! I have more energy! I am getting better but I am not there yet!

Losing the weight is helping me to feel & look better- Plus it's making me healthier. IT MAKES ME FEEL GOOD!!!

Why is losing weight important to me?

My heart doesn't need the strain of my weight.

My back is making my life miserable.

The fat is ugly!

Why is losing weight important to me?

1. To have more energy so I can do more with my 2 year old grandson.
2. To breathe better.
3. Improve my health, especially the diabetes.
