Here is a list of things to do this week. The object is to do at least one thing out of each group daily. Do as many as you can every day- if by chance you do all of them in a day give yourself a bonus point of 25. Each item completed is worth 5 points!!

GOAL:
Stay in calorie range daily
Set 15 minutes fitness daily goal --sun, mon,tue, wed
15 min "ME TIME" daily -- Sun, mon, tues, wed, th
Set a daily goal (anything you want- does not have to be weight/fitness related- could be to make your bed, read, whatever)-- Sun, mon, tue, wed, th

NUTRITION:
Drink 8 glasses of Water-- Sun
Eat a rainbow- 3 colors of fruit & veggies-- Sun, Mon
Eat 4 veggies Sun
Eat 2 fruits Mon, wed, th
Eat 3 meals:-- Sun, Mon, Tue
Plan your meals & snack for the day-- Sun
Stick to your plan meals

FITNESS:
15 min Walk outside with a buddy or furbuddy--- Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed
15 min cardio
15 min complete body ST (can be divided up each day-one day upper-next core-next lower)

MOTIVATION:
Start the day with a PEP talk!-- Sun, Tues, Wed, th
Post a Motivational Quote or pic --Sun, Wed, th
Give yourself a hug
Encourage a friend Sun
Give a spark goodie Sun
Turn up the music & dance
Start the day off telling yourself how wonderful today is going to be! Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, th

SPECIFIC: Drink 6-8 glasses of water, walk every morning, journal food intake.
MEASURABLE: journal water and food intake every day. Write down fitness minutes after every walk.
ATTAINABLE: I will gradually start walking faster and further each week. I can slowly manage my food and water intake.
RELEVENT: To improve my life style by making conscious decisions to change to a healthier me.
TIME ORIENTED: End of BLC43.
