As mentioned in the team email, please check out the new Clean Your Plate team goal!

If you already read your SparkMail...1) I love you. 2) Brace yourself for redundancy. :)

So, Sugardaisy42, had a great thought about challenging ourselves regarding nutrition. I don’t want to make this too complicated with where you’d have to report because Spark offers such great tools. No need to overdress, right? FFUSW does want to reinforce the fantastic idea of building upon successes since we are not all on the same level. So the team will eventually end up with 3 levels but will introduce them one at a time. Please join the initial one and later choose which fits you best.

It is a tough thing to stay within range and eat good clean food when you are starting out or requesting a do-over. So we are going to all start with the Clean Your Plate level. How many of you have that notion beaten into your brain to clean your plate and have done so willingly even as food portions tripled? Well, that ain’t exactly what we mean. This time Clean Your Plate is referring to tracking ranges and eating the good stuff. Put some clean food into your body. Drink that water and eat those freggies! Starting out is stressful so let’s aim for 50% of the time. Now, now…don’t get antsy…if you do more, GREAT…but we want positive reinforcement, success until it is simple, and then we’ll move on.

It’s very simple to do this! After joining the team goal at the bottom of the team page, that particular goal will appear in your Other Goals list. A simple click at the end of the day will tally into the team goal. It’s Just That Easy!! Dude, you even get Spark Points for this. Score, right? Leaderboard will let us know who are the biggest baddest Warriors and there’s goodies, team love, and maybe I’ll write you a haiku in your honor? LOL! Not to mention, your body will love you as well.

Imma yell at you now. Who's a Warrior?
