My goal is to be able to complete this challenge. I NEED to make a change in my life because this weight is affecting my health. I am going to complete SP bootcamp videos along with zumba DVDs, following my fitness tracker along with eating healthier. I KNOW I can do this!!

During the next 4 weeks I plan to continue going to the gym 3 times a week, but on the days I am not in there I will do an additional 10 to 20 min workout at home, with one of my videos. As time goes on I will up the time I workout at home. Hopefully I can do it in peace.

My goal is being consistent with exercise. I know that even on the day's Im not feeling up to it 10 mins of exercise is doable. 10 mins a day is less overwhelming than say 30 mins. a day, especially at the beginning. I vow to do 10 mins of exercise a day and if I get in more that I will be extra proud.

My goal is to go to the Rec Ctr at least 3 times a week and work out 30 mins and on other days do workout dvd's at home in 10 mins increments.

Monday & Tuesday : 30 min + both days
Thursday 40 min

long term I want to loose alot of weight, but in the course of this 4 week challgenge I'm hoping to loose 8 to 10 lbs

did bike for 30 min and 5 on the elliptical ( surprised me) and 2 reps of pull downs.. eating on plan.. will do the same tomorrow.. then walk on the weekend down at the Marina... its going to be in the 70s.. ya hoo !!

To be honest, I'm hoping to manage a little more than 10 minutes daily (something like 10 minutes of cardio and then 10 minutes of strength training with some cooldown and streches added to both would be really nice), but even just ten minutes for four weeks will be great. I have always had 'lazy days' when it comes to exercise and unfortunately they a pretty standart thing for me. That's why achieving any kind of consinsiety would be great.

This is a good challenge for me. I think I started out too fast. I watch all the TV shows like The Biggest Loser and HEAVY. Thought that I could just start out fast and lose fast. Now I'm sitting with shin splints and have to rest it. I've had shin splints before and it took 3 months to get back to normal. Hoping that I caught it earlier this time and it will only be weeks. So 10 minutes a day is looking like a good challenge for me.

I am technically on week two but since I was sick the whole first week, I am starting day one today! I am going to really challenge myself to keep my streak going as long as I can beyond this challenge and I am going to challenge myself to do 10 plus more as much as I can! Let's do this people. I need this challenge to keep myself motivated and consistant. That has been my biggest issue since I started trying to lose weight. I have lost 46lbs so far and I am doing great but I need to be way more consistant then I ever have been to push myself a lot farther!!!
