I'm at day 1 also and just completed Coach Nichole's seated chair abs 12 minute workout. I found this on the coaching page for 10 minutes per day exercise videos.

Ten minutes turned into 16 on a Mountain Climber. I've built up to it. My motivational music pushed me , Even though the music encouraged me to do more, that machine is rugged hard and I stopped short of where I would have been so sore as to self-sabotage.

That's an interesting idea...select a route you'd like to walk and keep track of the mileage against that measure....I'm going to think about it

For me 10 minutes on the treadmill is a great start. I'm looking forward to getting in a pattern and slowly increasing my time.

Thankyou! :) And blessings to you as well!

I'm still figuring out the blogs and whatnot, so I hope I am entering this correctly. I am responding to the week one challenge where we set our goals. I am already walking ten minutes a day and a lot more, but I have to break it up through the day because I don't have a lot of stamina. I get up every 15 minutes (I set a timer) and walk around my house. So, with the movement thing already underway, my goal is to do at least ten minutes a day of some sort of strength training video.
