I am very close to my goal weight. I want to tone muscle, particularly my stomach. So many people tell me I don't need to lose any more weight, but I would like to be 5-10 lbs. lighter. Maybe that will happen as I keep tracking, eating right, and toning.

I hope to stick to this challenge and logging into Spark daily to get back into doing exercising daily and tracking daily. Since Covid hit, I haven't done very well with exercising and my eating has been terrible. I hope to get back in the habit and to lose the covid "19". haha.

my goal is to track more accurately what I eat before i put it in my mouth. I am going to do the daily workout and do 5 days of cardio. i am going to do a utube work out at least 2x a week

Looking forward to the structure for 28 days while on break from BLC.
I've been plateaued (in a weight rut) for awhile and want to get things moving again.
Winter is a challenge as I do better with outdoor activities, but live in a cold winter climate.

I joined this Challenge by the recommendation of my Spark Premium coaching. My goals are very simple, to be able to walk for more than a mile at a time, to increase my muscle strength si I can plank again, and to be able to cook a whole meal without having to sit down and rest. I know that is silly, but my illness makes it very hard to stand up, and I want so much to beat it. I'm Jayne.

I started this challenge in June and completed two weeks. Then I contracted Lyme disease and got crazy sick, which resulted in a few weeks of recovery. Now that I'm well into my Lyme treatment, I'm back and ready to start over! Let's do this!

OK - this is my first week of giving this a try.

Lord knows, I have to have some kind of a plan. I've been doing a lot of overeating and not enough movement. Some days I do much of nothing at all. I have been in the house mostly since 3/13.....

Today (3/30) I am setting some goals.
1. some sort of movement every day
2. gain some sort of control over my eating (ideally lc/keto)
3. track my food and activity everyday
