I joined the challenge because I have *98* pounds to lose, and I want to be slim, fit, and healthy. Fitness hasn't been my strong suit in the past, but I'm trying to do everything I can to lose this weight and get healthy!

I found I exercise only when it is scheduled (ie. my pilates or dance classes), and I need to work more exercise into my daily routine. I'm hoping this 28 day boot camp can help me make planned daily exercise a habit.

I'm here because I usually make fitness goals that are too hard to obtain. When I don't meet them, it is too easy to get discouraged and quit. 10 minutes a day for 28 days is not a lot of time on any single day, and I can do the videos in the comfort of my home.

My goal is to finish the challenge and to feel a sense of accomplishment rather than discouragement.

I'm here because i know i need to be more active in order to achieve results. I want to lose wieght but also be toned too. This first week of challenge i just want to finish! so really set goals and complete what i start. So many times i start but never finish.

I've joined this group because I want to stop feeling like blah all the time. I want an opportunity to commit to better health that isn't completely overwhelming. I believe that doing a daily 10 minute video workout coupled with cardio workouts is doable. I hope that once I get into exercising, that I'll be motivated to repeat the videos because I will be feeling so much better.

I'm re-committing myself to working out. I have a busy work and graduate school schedule, so the 10 minute toning video's will help me to take small steps towards my own physical fitness.

I'm here to add to the exercise I've been doing. I walk a few times a week and am doing the SP 5k rookie training as well...I would like to add strength training to the mix and I figured this would be a great way to do that!
I would like to eventually lose (and keep off!) 90 pounds and I'm determined to do that by permanently changing the way I eat and exercising on a regular basis.

I joined because I have been at a stand still since losing 35 lbs and I need some challenge. I started losing in January by joining a biggest loser group and I came in second place. Winning $60.00. Since that challenge I have increased my food intake. I was not eating the right amount of fats, I was way below what I needed. The same with protein. I had myself in starvation mode for years. Now I need to be challenged again. So here I go.

I joined this challenge for a jump start into losing weight. I want to get myself into that mind set where weight loss is more important then getting a bag of popcorn at the movies!

Starting tomorrow (It's too late tonight) but first thing in the morning I'm going for a run. I've been working out about 3 days a week and they're real boot camp type workouts but I keep gaining weight. I might get my hormones checked but it could be that I'm creeping up on the big 4-0. Anyway, I need to see some changes and fast. It's outta control I tell ya!!! :)

I love running, but I don't see any changes until I start strength training (and I hate strength training...I'm so unmotivated to do it). I want to feel really strong. When I was in high school I didn't have any obvious fat on my body and I felt so strong. I want to be that person again. So here's to strength training with accountability!

I need something more than what I do now. I feel that if I dont do high intensity interval training my body won't change, even though I already exercise 5-6x a week.

My goal is to STICK WITH A WORKOUT PROGRAM and GET BACK IN SHAPE! I have gotten so lazy in the last several years. I know I can do a 10 minute workout in the morning without freaking out or stressing out about being late for work -- and I've already been doing the Cardio (well, for the last 5 days, anyway), so I can't fail! Looking forward to it!

Life's too short to be bummed out.

I am struggling too and am the heaviest I have ever been also. My only goal right now is to be consistent and do something every day. This challenge seems to be a great way to start, especially since I hate to be in public, working out, when I'm this out of shape.

Okay here I am struggling. I signed up for this a while back and never did anything because I quite logging in. emoticon So here I am officially getting started. So excited to see results. I'm in need of motivation and good butt kick once and a while to keep me going.

I'm the heaviest I've ever been and I don't want to cross the 200 line and I've come to close recently. Just turned 30 this year and want to be healthy and happy in my 30s and this is step one :)

I too need more positive motivation. I believe 28 days is do-able, especially if I feel I am not alone.

I plan (and need) to lose 10 lbs. by Thanksgiving. That is 8 weeks. 28 day Bootcamp will light a fire under me and get me going. I say WE DO THIS THING!! emoticon

I joined this challenge to jumpstart my motivation and to share the experience with others. I feel if I have people doing it with me and keeping me motivated I will stick with it. I need a plan. I am motivated and I am sure this is what I want to do I just need a plan and some accountability. I have lost 10 pounds this months and I need to lose another 10 pounds next month to reach my first goal. I hope this 28-day bootcamp will help me meet that 10 pound goal.
