Hope you feel better. My daughter has gotten botox for migraines too. She found she had to repeat it periodically. She swears by acupuncture. Again expensive and needs to be repeated. She also got that ear cartilage ring. Can't remember what it is called, but she found some relief from it too. I think certain foods trigger hers along with hormone fluctuations and stress. Caffeine, sugar, processed foods, red dye etc. Hope you can find your triggers and start feeling better.

Dec. 11 Bed at midnight and up at 7 a.m. Had a bad migraine afternoon of Dec. 12. They have not been this bad since Botox until today.

Dec. 12 Bed at 11 p.m. until 7 p..m. 8 hours. Woke only once during the night. Migraine later on Dec. 13.

Dec. 13 10 hours of sleep. 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Woke Dec. 14 with migraine. Don't know why these have started again.

Dec. 16 Could not get to sleep. Took a long nap during Tuesday.

Dec. 17 Bed at midnight and up at 7 a.m. 7 hours I seem to sleep will one night and then find it hard to get to sleep the next night. This happens when I sleep up to 8 hours in a night.

Dec. 18 9 and 1/2 hours. 9:30 to 7.

Dec. 19 Slept 7 and 1/2 hours. Midnight to 7:30

Dec. 20 6 hours. 1:40 to 8 a.m.

Dec. 22 Migraine today. 6 hours sleep.

Dec. 23 7 hours. Migraine late in the day.

Dec. 29: 7 and 1/2 hours. Migraine yesterday morning, Dec. 28. I received a stand for holding my books and I-pad for Christmas so I don't bend my neck while work or read. I used it Dec. 26 and 27 and had no headache of any kind.

Dec. 30 7 hours Migraine started mid morning.
