March was just over 1684 minutes with less than 20% cardio.
SO
April I'm shooting for 1700 minutes but trying to get cardio closer to 40%.

So far so good -
Mid month I had 35% cardio but that has now fallen back to 30%
(which is still a huge improvement)

Minutes -
I'm 2 minutes from beating last month. Hooray!

Still four days to go so April should turn out OK. So, I guess its time for me to start thinking about goals for May....

Sadly, I've reinjured my lower back and hip and am back to physical therapy exercises. April's Challenge is out the window for me, but I'm determined and confident that I'll be better by and able to participate in May. emoticon Have a blessed Easter with your family and friends!

I am doing good. I had to cut back on the exercise because of my allergies. I just keep posting to my one post from a while back I hope that is right.

OK, I've been doing this but just haven't logged it in except on my tracking spreadsheet.
I'm still breaking out in hives when I exercise (especially bad after cardio) but nowhere near as bad as the last two months...so maybe there really is an end to the itching in sight!

April I'm just trying to do as much as last month BUT want to hugely increase the percentage of Cardio.
