In have not been doing well with this goal so far. i am a mindless eater and right now i have a lot of mental clutter so i am not as focused and my appetite is goofy.
i am near the end of a bathroom remodel and once done, i can clean up the house so we are ready to put it on the market. not slowing down anytime soon, but stocked up on frozen veggies. at least this is an easy meal add on that will be low in calories but high in nutrition.

Can I join even though it's almost march?! I started my WL journey at 262 on January 12th and currently weigh 240, so technically I already reach the 15lb goal. However I still need/want to lose about 60 more pounds to be at my ultimate goal of 180. So breaking that down into 15lb increments sounds like a great idea! So...

Yep I did lose momentum and caught myself in the last week going back to some "not so good" habits. I accept the challenge! (a few days late but better late than never)

Current weight: 267lbs Date: 2/24/2015
Challenge goal: 252lbs Goal Date: April 1st

Overall Goal for myself is to lose 120lbs

NO EXCUSES! NEVER GIVE UP! I CAN DO THIS!
