HI Jeanut and team! Happy January! Yes the time just keeps marching on!

I hope to do cardio and walking miles each 3 times a week and some days to do both. Our family had our last Christmas celebration last night and am back to better eating, although thankfully I didn't do too badly considering we have had one party after another since Thanksgiving! Eating out gets me the most with the salt they use in everything. Hoping the slight gain won't stay but the scales will reverse and head the right direction and keep on going!

The Jan. challenge is to get motivated and get moving
if you have not been exercising try exercising 10 min a day
if you are try adding on a little more or try something new
Do you track your exercise or food? Have you ever worked out to a SP video?
