I am going to run a step challenge again. To lose weight we should all be doing 10,000 steps per day. We are all at different fitness levels and I know we can't lall make these steps but we should be able to improve the amount we walk each week.

So all I am asking is that we improve the amount of steps we walk each week of the challenge.
