I know it seems overwhelming at first but as Phebess says it will get easier as you go along. Don't try to change to much at once .. Just make small changes each week and before you know it, you will be forming great habits that will stay with you forever.

I felt triumphant when I lost my first 5 lbs (about 2 kilos?).

And it gets easier - make one or two changes a week and maintain those changes - eventually they become habit, and that's when it gets easier.

You can do this!

I loved my first week .. I enjoyed the challenges and the sense of not being alone on my journey to fitness and health.
