For June, I'm down 3 so far, so I'm going for 10-12 pounds, though I'll be happy with 8-9.

My KEY 2020 strategy is TRACKING FOOD to result in a goal loss of 100 pounds (so 111.20 on ticker, started year 11.2 down from summer 2019)
Jan-July fitness goal = PUSH-UPS! Starting with my age (now 58) wall push-ups....

Pounds Goal for the year is 100 pounds;
so...

goal for 3 months is 25 pounds, & goal for 1 month is 8.3 pounds, so about 2 pounds a week

BUT, my real goal is changing my behaviors, so that this becomes self-sustaining.

So: top goals for Jan. are:
1) TRACKING FOOD 2) Seeking support (hello sparkers!) & 3) Staying well-hydrated
