Inflammation is increasing. Did not meet my October goal. It is a work in progress.

My goal for November, is to sell the car I have not been driving and clean out the garage.
If I complete this it is my hope to move my large freezer chest into that space.

My original weight-loss goal for June was to lose 4 lbs. Well, I've lost 3 so far--all in the first week! I know I can do better, so now I'm aiming to lose 3 more lbs this month to reach 175.5.

To get there, I signed up for the 2020 Summer 5% Challenge. (There's still time to sign up and join a team--see the link on my recent blog if you're interested.) I also signed up for SP Premium. Mainly to get rid of the distracting, annoying and sometimes gross ads. But the interface is nice, and I'm finding the coaching tips helpful.

My running goal for June is to do 2 miles total without stopping. Slowly but surely getting there--I'm at 1.5 miles now, and it feels pretty easy.

I also completed a professional specialization program. That feels like a great accomplishment!

A monthly goal is a bit overwhelming for me so I'm doing weekly goals of walking 5 of 7 days each week.
Other goal is to keep track of my food each day. Even if I eat a lot of junk. Keep myself honest.

I have started a personal walking goal of Walking 2,020 Miles for this 2020 year.

This means I will need to walk at least 6 Miles daily. I have fallen behind a little in miles but plan to make it up when the weather gets warmer here on the east coast. emoticon

1. Prepare for lung cancer surgery Feb 16 by arranging hotel for my friend and for my husband and arrange for care of our dog. emoticon

2. Work on anxiety through meditation. emoticon

3. Walk and breathing exercises for recovery after Feb. 16 emoticon

4. Wake to each day with joy and gratitude emoticon
