My calories burned goal is about 2000 calories a week, though if I do go over a bit in calories I try to add in extra calories burned to try to make up for it. Right now I'm usually exercising twice a week for two hours each night...1 hour of ST, 1 hour of cardio such as Zumba or kickboxing.

So far this week I should be on track for the 2000 calories burned. I did some ST before class last night and did an hour of Zumba. I have to skip circuit/kickboxing tonight due to some ankle pain, but I hope to be able to swim or bike tomorrow and do my regular Group Strength/Zumba combo Thursday night. If the weekend is pretty, I might even be able to get a small hike in on Saturday.

I hope this is where I'm suppose to report on the challenge. I took my lunch hour and exercised through 20 minutes of it by doing a series of stretching exercise that worked my tummy (tummy twists) and stretched my hands up over my head and swayed them back and forth and then from side to side. I wound up doing some freestyle dancing as well. All for 20 minutes. It was fun and I really enjoyed it. Think I'll do that again while I watch General Hospital tomorrow for the second time in many, many years. ;)

Ooopsss, just found out that I should be doing this reporting here. I'll be pasting it over to the necessary topic.

Sorry CatLady! :)

This week the challenge is along the same line as last week only we are going to do it with fitness/exercise. Do your exercise, log it in the fitness tracker and then share your results on the results forum. Do you have fitness minute goals or calories burned goals then share them with us and your progress with those goals. Share with us the kind of exercise you do. If youa re not a regular exerciser maybe this week you can push yourself to do at least 10 minutes a day. Remember a little is better then nothing.
