Yesterday was a lazy day for me. I had a long/hard week so I needed to rest. Woke up this morning and did the video for yesterday and the video for today. I also did 20 minutes on the elliptical and finished with a nice long stretch.

Week 2 day 7 complete.

Tomorrow I begin Week 3.

Last day of week two, won't weigh until tomorrow. Will walk on treadmill in a little while and also do some housecleaning. Got in 5 days of exercise.

emoticon Didn't do so well today. Never quite got to my work out. The closest I came was a bit of dancing while doing dishes emoticon . Tomorrow is a new day, I will get back on top of things. emoticon

Day 3
Wrestling with feeling poorly. But as I've learned, I will always find an excuse to break diet. Something I wish I hadn't realized about myself.
Food planned, but I didn't bring my bar for my break so I ended up having a flat bagel.
Exercise; Dog's sprain is healed, but he can't go for long walks, so I want to start taking him on frequent shorts walks.(2X)
Video plus Wii

Spirit: Am/pm devotions. focus on gratitude.
