MIne are #2, 3 and 5. Tracking, doing Trivia, doing Challenges and reading helpful posts on most excellent teams are giving me something else to do. I kind of like doing these "corny" games too.

Today eye opener for me was from SP weekly "The Weekly Spark"

8 Signs You Have a Rocky Relationship with Food

Red flag #1 : You spend too much time on the scale.

Red Flag #2: You eat for emotional reasons.

Red Flag #3: You eat out of boredom.

Red Flag #4: You're constantly thinking about what you'll be eating next.

Red Flag #5: You hide food at home or binge eat when you’re alone.

Red Flag #6: You see foods as "good" or "bad," and punish yourself accordingly.

Red Flag #7: You don't eat enough.

Red Flag #8: You exercise obsessively.

Numbers 3 and 7 are me right now I don't eat enough calories of the healthy foods I leave calories for the junk foods so when I get bored I have calories left over then I get carried away with myself and eat uncontrollable

When I was in my 20's and 30's Numbers 1, 2 , 5 and 8 gave me a big problem I have over come them for the most part so I will be able to overcome the red flags that are haunting me now

Please share your thoughts.
