had nice and relaxing Christmas thanks. have had great eating days within my limits. didn't exercise Friday due to work commitments but h ave gotten in exercise this week

EATING AND EXERCISE IS GOING GREAT......... RIGHT NOW I'M GOING THROUGH ALL MY CHRISTMAS BOXES..... DECIDING IF I WANT TO DECORATE...... AND IF I DO WHAT I WILL PUT UP...... HI EVERYONE.....

1) keep my calories between 1150 - 1250 per day carbs 110 -120 per day
2) increase exercise to 25 minutes a day -- 6 days a week

THESE ARE MY CHALLENGES FOR DECEMBER MOSTLY CONT'D FROM NOVEMBER:
EAT WITHIN MY CALORIE LIMIT - 1,000 TO 1,200. - DOING WELL
EXERCISE 10 MINUTES 3 X WEEKLY. - ACHIEVED MOST TIMES
AVOID SNACKS, HAVE TEA OF WATER INSTEAD. - HAVE HAD A FEW. SNACKS
MY MINI GOAL IS TO LOSE 5 MORE POUNDS BY THE END OF THE YEAR. - 1 DOWN 4 MORE TO GO
CONTINUE TO DISPOSE OF EXCESS OFFICE CLUTTER.
WORK ON CHRISTMAS.
