I'm a few days late, but I managed to get in a minimum of 136oz. of water each day. My new tracking app recommends 185 oz for me so I'm drinking much more than that now. I'm feeling a difference.

I have reached that already today. I drink a lot of water just because I love it. Good for winter skin.

I have an app that reminds me to drink. I end up having more than 64 oz. a day but I'll try to remember to log here weekly.

Thirst can often be masked as hunger or a craving. When you feel like snacking, drink a glass of water first. Sometimes that will satisfy your urge to snack. Living in the Northeast and heating with oil, I know the air is dry. I always have a pot of water on the stove boiling in the morning to put moisture back into the air. Love those hot steamy showers. Clears out the nasal passages. It is just as important during the winter to stay hydrated as it is during the summer. See if you can get 8 or more 5 ounce glasses of water a day. You can post on this thread how many glasses you had for the day or do it by the week. A goodie will be given at the end of the month for those that participated and reached the 448 ounces of water a week or 64 ounces a day.
