week 4 starting and I am getting behind where I need to be. There is too much material to accomplish in this challenge--at least for me!!!

HELP is most needed about the recipes--is there a way to print the recipes given for the meals of each week? I have been jotting down the ones that look best and cooking some of them each week, but my writing is barely readable and there is no way to organize the bits of paper of various types I used when jotting something down .

TIME is most needed to finish this up well--can I just spend 2-3 weeks on week 4 or, if not, start over again immediately so I don't lose momentum in this challenge?

ASSISTANCE of any kind is most welcome

Julie

YOU are entirely up to YOU

What are you doing to make today
the healthiest day of your life??????

Mid-week Wednesday was not so good when I was over on carbs and fat, under on protein keeping calories under quota for the day.

just getting over a broken ankle. Sparkpeople has challenged me immensely. I like journaling, it's taught me so much. It also helpes me to be aware of my moods and attitudes. Lost 51 pounds according to my dietitions scale. I took my computer to the office and showed them my food intake. they were very pleased. Thank you SP.

Since I wasn't able to exercise because of an injury, Dr's orders, 3 weeks.
I entertained myself by trying out new recipes from the challenge. I managed to maintain more or less 2 lbs. I'm happy with that...considering the circumstances. 😉

I have learned a lot and formed some good habits. Making better choices and having healthy food within easy reach. Will try to maintain this momentum long after challenge is over

I have really enjoyed this challenge. I'm going to review all the parts when I'm finished and work on each one for 3 or 4 days just to make sure I've got it!
